Beautiful apartment in the countryside about 35 minutes south of Munich. Host is a charming lady, apartment had everything we needed. Old structure renovated with modern appliances and amazing woodwork. Will stay here again when in Munich.
Leider liegt die Ferienwohnung doch sehr weit vom See entfernt und liegt an einer doch recht viel befahrenen Straße. Für Hunde nur bedingt in Ordnung, da wenn das Tor aufsteht diese direkt auf dieser Straße stehen. Dies sollte aber kein Problem darstellen, denn die Hunde müssen um Garten angeleint sein.
Die Wohnung ist aber sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Ein Staubsauger wäre allerdings von Vorteil gerade wenn man mit Hund da ist.
Die FeWo bietet viel Komfort zum Wohlfühlen. Geräumiger Wohraum mit Galerie bis znters Dach. Das Badezinmer ist leider etwas beengt mit nur einem Waschbecken. Das Gebäude liegt direkt an einer Landstrasse die tagsüber doch recht viel befahren war. Der eingezäunten riesig große Garten darf von Hunden nur unter Aufsicht betreten werden. Für uns und unsere Hunde war es deshalb ausgesprochen schlecht geeignet, mussten wir dochzum Gassigehen stets auf eine enge Lanstrasse ohne Gehweg ausweichen.Besonders am späten Abend war es richtig gefährlich aus dieser znbeleuchteten Landstrasse entlang laufen zu müssen. Ferner gibt es fussläufig keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Fazit: Für Gäste mit Auto erholsam, mit Hund schlecht geeignet.
The property was very clean with a great shower and comfortable bed. The kitchen was well-equipped with appliances in excellent condition. The home is in a rural area and provided a fun opportunity to walk country lanes and experience Bavarian farm life!
Das Mietobjekt war wie beschrieben nördlich des Tegernsees gelegen, in einem kleinen Dorf. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut.

Große, schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wunderbarer Garten, der glücklicherweise auch eingezäunt ist, so dass unser junge Hund keine Möglichkeit hatte stiften zu gehen. Die Wohnung ist aus baulich/historischen Gründen etwas dunkel und der angegebene Balkon leider nur ein schmaler Austritt längs den Fenstern entlang. Dafür gibt es eine schöne Terrasse. Die Straße vor der Wohnung ist nachts sehr laut. Um die Kaution komplett zurück erstattet zu bekommen empfehlen wir bei Abreise schriftlich festzuhalten, dass die Wohnung ordentlich, sauber und vollständig übergeben worden ist.
