“We found leftover garbage in the room from previous guests. There were a ton of ants in the bathroom and sometimes crawling up the walls. Staff were friendly upon check in and check out. Theres were huge gaps between floors and walls. The little pub there was great and the food was delicious. ”

“The cabin kitchen had everything we could ask for, including coffee, filters and even a lobster pot. The spa area was luxurious with massaging jets in hot tub, steam sauna, and cold water rinse bucket! My daughter loved the pickle ball courts. Every interaction with staff was gracious and helpful. “One of the best cottages in the Rustico/ Cavendish area! The two bedrooms are perfect for a family and the cottage is spacious with beautiful views. Nice that there's a playground and beautiful path to the water and an outdoor pool and hot tub. Cottage #1 is closest to the road and does get traffic noise but think the higher number cottages are probably very quiet. ”

“Pros: beautiful historic building, friendly wait staff, reasonably priced and tasty breakfast, relaxing atmosphere in bar with pleasant live music Wednesday evenings, cozy fireplaces in the lobby and beautiful library. Cons: although a known issue on check in, the fact there was no hot water in our room wasn’t disclosed. We were only staying one night. But another couple stayed two and had the same problem both nights. No compensation was offered, although I notified them upon check out. In……
