freshly renovated and features : queen size bed ( soft hybrid mattress) / shower panel / small kitchenette ( small fridge and microwave) / 2 seating spots " living room " with a 65" smart TV / 2 seating spot " dining area" / WiFi / free standing A/C ( not connected to the house so you can control desired temp)

The space

This is a converted addition to the main house - as such we wanted it to be completely separated so it has its own AC unit ( free standing unit that allows for guests to control the temperatures with a remote control).

it also uses its own water heater - please keep in mind it is a smaller " studio size heater" of 12 Gallons - so if you like to take long hot showers this will not be the unit for you ! ( we set water pressure to lower the consumption and with the cool shower feature we got it is possible to get 5-6 minutes hot shower water)

the unit is completely private. But we do not recommend long term stays ( 4/5 nightsat max )

we see this is a great alternative to a motel room since it will be cleaner / bigger /modern … and probably cheaper and that is the value.


the unit is prefect for a solo traveler ... or maybe a couple - booking is allowed between 1 night up to 5 night. we use the VRBO messaging to communicate with guest (and do not use the phone numbers provided ) - please make sure your notifications are on so we can answer any questions you might have during your stay.
