“Great location and bonus for off-street parking and washer, dryer - although we did not use the washer, dryer for our personal use. Only wish was that there was a little more insulation between rooms. We could hear neighbors and I am sure they could hear us, even at conversational levels or normal movement in the space. Overall - great location, great place and will book again. Thanks!”

“Parking was ample and at the property. Kitchen is small but well stocked. The bed sleeps one or two and is comfortable. Bath has a shower. The apt lacks a comfortable chair for reading. This apt is fine for a solo traveler or couple for a few days. It is close to many attractions in Shadyside including the shopping area of Walnut St. ”

“Very nice, clean, updated, in a residential neighborhood. Outside there are about 15 steps leading from the street level to the front door. This was not an issue for us, but you'd want to be aware of that. Parking space along the curb was easy to find. Kitchen area has updated appliances. Beds are comfortable with nice bedding and extra pillows available in the closet. The hardwood floors are in good condition, but with hardwood if there are tenants upstairs you will hear them moving……

“host was welcoming and helpful but a table leg and chair leg were loose. i didnt feel comfortable leaning back into the chair but the table wasn't noticed till later couch had crumbs light stains pet hair on it but it is pet friendly so im not particularly upset. there was crumbs candy beads and evidence of the last people staying tons of broken window blinds crumbs on the floor with sticky traps for pests. overall it was acceptable for the prices but noticeably average work. ”

“This is a perfect set up for a home base for one to two people on a weekend. The bed is spacious and the room has just what you need with closet space, a good bathroom, and a convenient location. Rainfall shower head was also a nice touch.”

“Parking was easy and staying in the unit with a lot of fun. Would suggest that hand holds be added to the shower and a less slippery surface be added to the shower. Would stay there again definitely. I do have mobility issues which colors my review. ”
