1st floor features an eat-in kitchen that seats 4 comfortably, cozy living room, full bath, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 bedroom with twin bunk beds, washer & dryer. Three season enclosed front porch. Open deck. Ground level patio. Generous off street parking.

2nd floor features 3/4 bath and 2 bedrooms, each with one Queen and one Twin.
