Could not have asked for more

From the moment we walked into the cottage, we felt right at home. Lyneve had made sure the cottage was cool on the hot day we arrived - blinds down and fans on. The cottage is so close to the town centre you can walk there. Off street parking is a bonus. We stayed 4 nights and cooked dinner for ourselves during that time as well as going out to eat. Lovely decor and all amenities.

Ideal location

A beautiful quiet location. Don't be put off by the busy road outside, you certainly cannot hear anything once you are snuggled into the cottage down the back of the property. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook up a feast. The backyard and outdoor deck were perfect for afternoon drinks. The interior was very clean. There were plenty of instructions to guide you how to operate things. The location was perfect to local cafes, supermarket and entertainment. There are also plenty of home delivery options if you just want to stay in the cosy cottage. A very lovely property which we highly recommend.

Jamieson Cottage Exceeded Expectations

Beautifully presented cottage, looked exactly like the advertised photos so no surprises. The owners were so thoughtful and left us a card and chocolates as we were celebrating my birthday and our wedding anniversary ❤️ The cottage exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be recommending and staying again if we visit Warrnambool. A huge congratulations to the owners.

Great location and so cosy

We will definitely stay here again when down that part of the world and highly recommend to our family and friends. Perfect location for walking to most things, all our needs thought of. Cottage was so warm and cosy and the bed very comfortable. The moment we walked in the door we felt relaxed. Very handy having the milkbar next door!

Lovely place that has everything that you need

Lovely cottage with everything that you would need and they have gone into a lot of detail to ensure the stay is fantastic, very quiet area but close enough to walk to the nearby pub and shops. We will certainly return to this place, many thanks

Excellent property for 2. Well appointed and fitted out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely furnishings and spotlessly clean. Located at back of property so was very quiet. Highly recommended.

Perfect cottage accommodation

Perfect base for our stay in Warnambool. Immaculate cottage. We loved the style and it had everything we needed (and more). Lovely outdoor area and convenient to town centre. Highly recommend.

Attached to the back of a house, this unit is ideal for a couple: compact queen bedroom, very comfortable lounge, well supplied kitchen, more than ample bathroom, private garden and covered verandah. Convenient operational instructions. Driveway suits most cars.

Well presented and equipped with a lovely garden.

Driveway wasn’t user friendly so had to park on the street. I found the bed very hard causing back ache. The weather detracted from the holiday. Appreciated the easy access to the great ocean road and local botanical gardens.

Lovely cottage in a great location

Stylish and well appointed cottage with everything you could need. Excellent location - an easy walk into the main restaurant/shopping precinct. Warrnambool Botanic Gardens just around the corner. Lovely and quiet for a good night's sleep. Lyneve and Colin are excellent hosts and all communication was great. I look forward to a return visit.
