Gatliff Getaway is a waterfront property on a quiet cove off of the Osage Arm near Warsaw, MO. Located just a few blocks off hwy 65 and just mins from everything! This property offers large open floor plan and beautiful deck, swimming dock, a place to dock you boat and the private community boat launch right next door! The property has chain link fence both front and back. We also have 2 washer and dryer's, one on main level and one on lower level for your convenience. There is also 2 full bathrooms, one on main level and one on lower level. The lower level is a continuous space that acts as a 2nd living room and at night offers extra sleeping areas. One queen size cabinet bed, one queens size sofa bed and a full bed on a platform.
