Very clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Hotel restaurant was also quite good. Lots of breakfast choices offered with sufficient seating. Construction going on outside hotel made for some early noise. Not a new hotel but well maintained. They could use some thicker bath towels.

This is a great choice for staying in central Warsaw. I'm not sure why some reviewers haver been negative about the staff because they were polite, professional and courteous during my stay. The hotel is a wonderful piece of Warsaw's history and whilst it might not be the most modern, it is characterful, brilliantly located and clean.

Old hotel no complaints about the room which was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Room didn’t have a safe. The staff at check in were pleasant and efficient. However the breakfast was a terrible experience the rooms in the basement with no windows it was overcrowded and was difficult to get a table. It was a bun fight at the buffet and had to wait a long time before they replaced the scrambled egg and the breakfast staff were pushing people out of the way rude. Terrible experience so I never went to breakfast again

Very disappointed, especially for a 3 stars horel....very dirty carpet, not even talking about the fact that rhe room looks like from the 80s, with very old-school design.. 30° in Warsaw and we got a room with no air conditioning and had to pay extra to get another room Very bad smell in the bathroom, the toilet flush is half broken, no conditiinner or even shampoo, only cheep soap... (We checked with the receptionist) Just in front of the hotel there's also huge construction work..

Generally pleasant. We arrived early and wanted early checkin because of traveling through the night. They finally let us in around 12. Wait time was 4 hours. The staff lack personality by western standards but not rude. Just Dick Tracy type “Just the facts mam” for those old enough to understand this comment. The soap/shampoo was not refilled 2 nights in a tow. Always carry your own if you can.
