It is one of the most beautiful monuments in the Downtown area. It was built in 1911 - 1912, designed by Jozef Napoleon Czerwinski and Wladyslaw Heppen.
It stands on the corner of Hoza Street and Poznańska Street. The front elevation is rich in Art Nouveau ornamentation and rounded bay windows. Original flooring and door woodwork add to the mood.
