Such a great location and building, unfortunately not well maintained! Cleaners should be re-trained (there was a lot of dust on the kettle, lamps, sand/dirt on top of duvet, stained/dirty bed frame), towels were clean but well worn out (not white anymore, small stains, not luxurious at all). What is the point of providing cutting board and kitchen cloth if they're stained? Better but dark colour items. Pillows very flat and thin. Overall experience - nice from far, far from nice.

Please stay away from this property as there is lack of communication. There is no proper management of this property in case of emergency which I experienced. I could not get to anyone outside their business hours. I have wasted a lot of time trying to solve the issue, and at the end of the day they were not even apologetic. The condition of the apartment itself was not great; the mirror was broken, the carpets were worn out; the shades were not working properly, dirty walls and you can hear the noise through the walls. But importantly, I couldn't get to anyone when I had an emergency situation. Lack of care.

The worst experience first time in Poland. This place is definitely not for tourist, or first timers. A poor reception. No instructions was emailed to me. I arrived not knowing how to access my apartment. Had to ask Uber driver to help me out with making phone calls etc to finally get to my unit. The electricity went off for a day - when I contacted them, no response for ONE day. TV card wasn't working(Im not so much of a TV person, but number of things stopped working was annoying) I staying for a week and no cleaning during that period. Basics of living where not there. There was a mistake on my behalf in booking, the staff were very inconsiderate. But they extended the stay. I will never go back there again and I don't recommend this place. If you'd like a clean pristine place, I recommend a hotel, when there is a reception to help you out. If you like character and family style stay, I'd recommend an Airbnb.

Był to mój kolejny pobyt tutaj.No niestety szafki brudne u dołu w plamach.W wanie włosy. Łóżko podwójne nie polecam to dla nawet szczupłych ludzi za małe . Jedna za mała kołdra. Pod prześcieradłem podłożona folia plastykowa odparza ciało. Byłem tam w lipcu no niestety teraz jest źle ale mam nadzieje na poprawę bo miejsce ładne.

Litt vanskelig å finne frem, det var ingen skilt på adressen. Måtte ringe. Ble raskt forklart skriftlig om alt på en melding. Fant rom/leilighet helt strøken, så faktisk ubrukt ut, men alt du trenger, fra seng til utstyrt kjøkken og baderom, til og med strykejern. God plass til alt av koffert osv. Eneste som ikke var greit at de store vinduene ikke hadde lystett gardiner og sola begynte å skinne fra kl 0450.. Også var det en del byggearbeidene som ladge støy på dagen. Ellers veldig fredelig området rundt med mye grønt overalt på arealene omkring leilighet bygget.

Idealna miejscówka dla gości Mordoru

Apartament nowy o bardzo dobrym standardzie. Miłym akcentem było uruchomienie klimatyzacji przed przybyciem, dzięki czemu w najgorętszy dzień lata można było odetchnąć po ciężkim dniu pracy. Całkiem sprawny check-in poprzez sms. Apartament dobrze wyposażony. Może w standardzie powinna być też solniczka i pieprzniczka oprócz podstawowego zestawu herbat i cukru. Wszystko czyste i nowe. Miłym akcentem jest też siłownia na osiedlu i sklep, gdzie można zrobić podstawowe zakupy. W pobliżu jest kilka restauracji. Okolica nie zachęca do spacerów, ale dla "gości biznesowych" Morodoru - miejscówka idealna. W pobliżu parking, bez większego problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca. Może trochę lepsze zabezpieczenie akustyczne, bo dało się słyszeć sąsiadów. Pozytywnie oceniam również szeroki wybór kanałów w TV. Na pewno wrócę.

"Grumpy" won't let you in even 2 minutes early!

DAY ONE: Tried to check in, was in taxi, at 12:30. No answer on phone. He never sent instructions on how to get code, key. Had to check into another hotel. He would not refund and claimed no calls came to him. Finally reached him from the hotel, where I'd checked in, having no place to go,, but it was 1:45 now and he refused to give me the code to enter until exactly 2 PM. Told me never to call again after giving me the code. Day two, non-refundable prepaid, so had to use the reservation...,poor instructions sent, no map, had to find a map posted on one of the entrances, Inside apartment, which was clean, start and white, no instructions on how to set up wi fi until saw it on the door, no fire escape route posted, no instructions on how to set up TV or how to use air conditioner hand control. Washing machine actually in hall. Other Platinum apartments had an office in the compound, no office here. His rudeness and nastiness was uncalled-for. This person will NOT send code to your email address until exactly 2PM!
