Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, room comfort
The apartment is located in the basement of residential building. Access and entrance to the unit is troublesome, basement has stuffy air. The unit was fairly clean (clear signs of being flooded in the recent past), with problematic flushing & heating systems. The apartment doesn’t seem to be properly maintained.
