「Good location near the college I 」

「Everything electronic, except for the refrigerator was unplugged. The bedside lamp was broken. There was soap residue on the shower drain. There was no type of soap products in the bathroom or shower. The mirror was covered with hand prints. Had to have maintenance to turn the heat on.I spent the night there simply because I had driven 600 miles. I would not stayed there if my wife was with me. At least I didn’t see anything crawling. Check in and out process is atrocious.」

「The hot tub was not in working order, and the fireplace in the room would not turn on. Thankfully, I was able to have the front desk person come up to the room to fix the fireplace; there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa in the room either, something else I had to go ask the front desk for.」
