「因為巴士凌晨到，不能提前check in我能理解，但竟然不能在公共區域等待，堅持說要下午三點過後才能出現，直接被趕走覺得很誇張。房間設施都普普通通，訂雙人房型給我兩張上下舖的，我很無言。下次有機會不會再入住。」

I warned him, but he was very rude and only said he would try it. When this was done amongst the guests, the manager was not present, which resulted in a lack of say.
