Cottage was very nice. The canadian geese were in the yard each day leaving droppings (not owner's fault) which made it hard to enjoy back yard. Beautiful view of part of the marina. Good location. nice neighbor. Clean inside but did find sign of mice. again not fault of owner. Overall was a nice stay.

I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud if you want to take them for a spin.. We were 2 women friends/colleagues after a big job in Newport, staying in the area to celebrate our birthdays. We have fished, crabbed & clammed for 30 years...this house did not disappoint! 30 crabs & a chubby weakfish right off the dock :) I jumped off the dock & swam at high tide; you can use any of Scott's slips to climb out :) We stayed 3 nights & didn't want to leave. it's really a special place. And nothing you need is more than a 3 mile drive. 100 stars!
