A great location, which would benefit from some attention to detail such as replacing a missing blind, providing a waste bin with a lid, sufficient cutlery, updating bathroom and kitchen and improving communication.

Cliffs of Marley

!Mr. Van and his wife Phyllis were our hosts and they are superb! We had a panoramic view of the ocean from our cliff top accommodations as well as easy access to a very beautiful and very private beach. We saw whales offshore and also a rainbow over the sea. The Cliffs of Marley are very highly recommended

Location,Location, Location

Best View by far. Loved Katie the Host and Marley the on-site kitty. Perfect little getaway however kitchen and bathroom and blinds over front windows need updating/replacing. Other than that the stay was enjoyable and very cozy. Would stay again. Katie delivered everything that was missing or needed when contacted .

Amazing view

A bit of heaven it was! The view is exactly like the photo. The private beach down some steps was amazing. Bus stop at end of the driveway. It will take you from one end of the island to the other. Bus operators are so helpful. The apartments are on an hill as are most accommodations that have amazing ocean views! Each apartment is private. This one had lovely deck with chairs, lounges overlooking the ocean. A pool is a few steps away . .

We were there for 3 weeks and the property was just as advertised. Our studio had everything we needed, in fact had a problem with the oven and the owner bought a new stove. Bus just down the hill, grocery store about 10 min on bus. The owners were very nice and approachable.we love Bermuda and hope to return to the Cliffs of Marley. Also 2 cats, Marley older and deaf and Remy, black and both so sweet. They loved the treats we gave them.

A little piece of heaven

We have had the most wonderful time here. The views take your breath away and Bermuda really is a wonderful place. The people are so kind and I have never got on a bus before where everyone says hello. But most of all the hosts made our holiday. They have been so kind and helpful even down to booking us a taxi for our return to the airport.

Gorgeous views

The views & private property is what you’re paying for at the Cliffs of Marley. We had the beach & pool to ourselves most of the time. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to hurricane Ernesto, but would love to go back to this property again.

Our stay at Bit of Heaven was amazing! Bermuda is beautiful Island and the accommodations were perfect for our stay. The view is truly breath taking from the Cliffs of Marley! My husband and I will definitely be back soon!

Bit Of Heaven

It was our first time in Bermuda and we couldn’t have picked a better room! It is approximately 60 feet above the ocean making the water colors and whale spotting perfect! The pool was very close but since it was the end of March too chilly to use, it would have been nice to be heated because the Sun was shining brightly🌞. Check in was a little rough but i think it was just miss communication? Overall a fantastic place to stay! It was Close to Hamilton and Horseshoe bay. We will definitely be back and hopefully be able to rent the same room.

Bit of Heaven at Cliffs of Marley

We absolutely loved our 8 night stay at Cliffs of Marley and our studio was no doubt a "Bit of Heaven" a perfect name! It was so nice to have a kitchen for breakfast and a few of our meals in and we appreciated the use of the grill on our deck. The view of the ocean from our studio was spectacular! The Cliffs of Marley is exactly as the pictures show and it is a very beautiful resort with a private beach that we loved! It is in a great location on the South Shore and very convenient to catch the bus. Katie was very friendly and she greeted us upon our arrival and was available if we needed anything. We also enjoyed meeting Malcolm Sr. and had some great chats with him. We highly recommend Cliffs of Marley and would love to come back again! Darlene & Eric

This was about our 9th trip to Bermuda, but first for the Cliffs of Marley. It was a gem. Gorgeous ocean views, clean and quiet, and enough cooking/kitchen supplies to make some of our own meals. If the weather were warmer we would have been in the beach or pool. But it was restful just hanging out at Bit of Heaven. It was perfect for our Bermuda Triangle Challenge weekend. Katie was super helpful, too, offering to drive us to the grocery store when we arrived. We hope to be back!

Quiet comfort away from the crowds

Great location and comfortable unit with great amenities. Only suggestion would be an update to the instructions for the unit... laundry location, TV settings, etc. Looking forward to returning sometime soon.

We Loved Our Cliffs of Marley Getaway

The photos are accurate. The property and view are exceptional. The beach is surrounded by intriguing coral and sandstone cliffs and outcroppings that catch the waves for the most relaxing surf sounds 24-7. Located between two national parks is what insures the ultimate isolation we had hoped for. There are a few decent restaurants nearby and within walking distance. A cab from the airport with a stop at the grocery store for breakfast and lunch items will cost you $70+. We went out or did takeout every evening. A car rental is also within walking distance should you want to tour the island for a day or two on your own but note they're glorified electric go-karts, expensive, and not autos. A reliable bus line and a cab app make alternative travel easy. Malcom and Katie could not be more helpful and informative on arrival and are just a phone call away if needed. We will return for exotic R&R soon.

Bit of Heaven is exactly right!

The photos are exactly as it looks! It's hard to imagine a more beautiful location. If you love to take long walks on the beach this is the place to be! During low tide you can walk for miles. Spectacular in every way. The Studio is very simply furnished, ,just as the pictures show, but with the beach and setting it's well worth the trade off.

Million dollar views and beautiful private beach.

If you want million dollar views and a gorgeous private beach, this is your place!!! I can't emphasize just how beautiful the views are here. You feel like you are on top of the world and have 360 degree views. The room was clean and all the basic cookware was provided. We arrived very late at night and host had eggs, bread, milk, butter and coffee stocked for us for our first morning. The bus stop is right across the street. The one thing to note is there is not a couch. I would recommend putting one in the room so two people could sit on it together instead of a hard, wood chair. Host even had a bottle of Bermuda's famous Rum Swizzler in the refrigerator for us.

Perfect bit of heaven for us

We have been to Bermuda numerous times, stayed in high end hotels, and cottages. We chose Marley because it was centrally located to get to either end of the island, had beautiful views, was steps from the lovely, uncrowded pool, and had access to the beach. Marley did not disappoint.....one day after Hurricane Fiona we arrived to a lovely setting, the owners were gracious but busy picking up a bit following what could been devastating damage, which unfortunately did cause horrific damages to southwest Florida. The storm did not interfere with our vacation. THIS IS A SPECIAL PLACE, and we WILL be back! Our clean, bright studio with deck overlooking the ocean and pool, the kitchen, etc... was perfect. So peaceful, private...couldn't have been better, very hard to leave! The property has been in the same family for generations and we had the pleasure of getting to know owners, Van and Phyllis Martin, very charming, kind, fun people, while were there...we learned about the history of the property ( filming of The Deep with Jacqueline Bisset & Nick Nolte, and Chapter Two with James Caan & Marsha Mason took place on this scenic spot) ; where to go boating, fishing, but also about the island in general. Van and Phyllis made our week all the more special and we look forward to seeing them again next time we are lucky enough to go back to beautiful Bermuda! We ate out at Fourways, Blu, Aurora, The Reefs, Trattoria...all were fabulous, none had our view....and we were always happy to come home to our "Bit of Heaven".
