“During my stay Perth experienced 35-38 degree hot days. A gorgeous, lovely olde world type home (circa1910) but the Air conditioning was intermittent.
The owners were very friendly, the gardens beautiful, and they offer a cooked breakfast to guests from 8:00 - 9:00 am. I’m a night owl and missed brekkie but the B&B is just a few minutes from several cafes located in Kalamunda.”
