「Great house close to downtown and bike paths.」

「This is the perfect little hideaway! My husband & I came down for my birthday weekend to get some time away from everyday life. The location is remote enough to enjoy some serious quiet time, but also not too far from all the fun Eureka Springs has to offer. It ended up being pretty hot out so we didn't get to enjoy much hot tub time, but having the option was great. The railcar theme was well executed & our host was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!」

「My only issues were the neighbors light was on all night, every night and the curtains didn't help much. The place smelled a little musty even with the dehumidifier. Nature cannot be controlled and a skunk sprayed right by the place and that's all I could smell the first night.」

「Home away from home. Everything you need for rest & comfort. Quiet location that we enjoyed.」

「Wes was very responsive in securing an additional night for friends coming from Missouri prior to our arrival the next day. He is very kind & accommodating, so much so that we would have all liked to meet him. He respectfully told us he tries to stay away from the property on weekends leaving all the details to staff which we certainly understand. The staff was excellent!! The grounds & the property was beautifully landscaped just as though it was done in honor of his mother. Deer greeted...

「Think twice before renting this place. Creekside Oasis? No!! Creek area overgrown with weeds; could not see it or get to it. Landscaping and yard has lots of weeds. Needs trimming, trash lumber in yard, big holes in backyard a child could fall in. Upon arrival we were welcomed by filthy front porch furniture, dusty tables. Did they forget we were coming? Teflon pots and pans had scrapes and peeling ares but they did replace those while we were there; thank you. The gentleman who unclogged the...

「Very nice! Could have used some lights going into the back cabin as hard for a person using a cane! Beautiful cabin and very roomy!」

「Host was amazing and kind. House was nice and clean, easy to access. 4 stars only because we were missing toilet paper, but the host immediately responded and fixed the issue. Highly recommend!」

「Loved the place and location!」

「Property is very quiet and private, the bed was comfortable and I appreciated all of the pillows on the bed! Definitely live up to the name Sanctuary treehouse!」

「Very nice place to stay!! Inside was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Back patio and outdoor shower needed to be cleaned better.」

「Room accommodations were excellent, the jetted jub was relaxing and the full breakfast was tasty. The wonderful breakfast conversation with the other guests and owner was enjoyed. Thank you and looked forward to planning a return visit. 」

「Great concept for getaways. Great layout for a studio-cottage treehouse. We loved the stay and seclusion.」

「Very friendly hosts. We didn't have a long stay but we were very happy」
