"Property was very clean and well maintained, including the room i stayed in. 4 elevators took you from lobby to room and they were very quick. Staff was very polite and helpful. I had breakfast and dinner at the in-house restaurant several times and food was very good snd readonably priced. Would stay here again. Wish it was closer to the museums and memorial monuments, but on next visit i'll be better at using the metro buses. Hotel is about a half hour walk and weather was very hot during my stay. Very pleased with the hotel. The room seemed quiet as well."

"Staying here was a good inexpensive option! The room was clean and everything worked properly. Water was hot, beds were comfortable. However, the front desk lady was completely unfriendly. I went to check in and she had my standing there for a while before she said anything to me, she whispered and didn't give any clear directions through the check in process. & then she lost my ID card temporarily. When I told her she hadn't given it back to me she acted like I was the one who lost it. It took her a few minutes of me standing there before she actually looked for it and found it under a pile of papers. The whole experience made me feel like she rather be doing LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE. & check out was no different. She talked at me through a thick plexiglass wall and only opened it half an inch to retrieve my room key. I literally had to tell her I couldn't hear her. She was the worst part of our stay. Nothing like being greeted with such personality. Also, breakfast was awful. Plain cheerios and sad waffles with no topping for three days straight. Thank gawd for the iHop next door! Their service was amazing."

"Staff were very nice. They are improving the rooms, stairs, and other areas. Currently, there is some kind of odor to construction materials and paint but just in the hallway of 4th floor. Very centric place. Elevators are very slow and tiny. In peak times you will have to wait few minutes. Is not a place for "desperate" people whom get angry waiting. It is a nice place if you want to relax and take the time in a chill mode -not in a hurry. Breakfast buffet is a plus. Limited parking available for an extra daily fee. Magnetic keys need to be replaced, stop working constantly. I think all places have pro and cons. The current cons are temporary and they are taking action to solve them. I will definitely stay again in the near future."
