「During our 6 day stay the power went out three of the days. The water also three days. The hot tub did not work one of the days and we booked a king size bed and received a queen. We were told to take out our own trash and when we checked out we were not asked how our stay was...」

「Beautiful place, clean, stunning views. Super convenient location, we rented bikes and visited Zion. The property was so beautiful, new, and clean, stocked pantry and cooking tools- we stay in rentals all over the us and islands, traveling 22 weeks a year. This is the nicest place I have ever had the pleasure to stay in!」

「The room is clean and the location is perfect. Right in front of the bus stop.」

「Appreciated that the WiFi had a strong signal. Made it easy to get some work done in between my travels. Parking was straightforward, too.」

「All good!」

「Great location!」

「Great location for the price. I was concerned it would be noisy but aside from some extremely rude upstairs renters (not the hosts fault) it was super quiet. You wouldn’t know you were attached to a bike shop. Extremely clean, spacious, and well laid out. Kitchen was well stocked and even the sofa bed was comfortable. I can’t believe what a deal this is」

「Priced just right, clean, convenient location, located in a nice neighborhood. Great host! Will book again in the future!」

「Excellent place to stay for one or two adults. Halfway between the park and St. George. Would gladly stay here again.」

「Property was a little funky from the outside but inside the unit was excellent. Unfortunately, when we arrived the room had not been serviced, but after contacting our host, Angelea, a cleaner arrived in about 15 minutes and serviced the unit nicely. Very responsive to correct what could have been a bad situation.」

「This was a GREAT place. Clean and had everything we needed. They even supplied some snacks. Everything was perfect. Thank you! We hope to stay again when we come back next year’」

「It was absolutely perfect for my needs. A place to sleep and shower, close to Snow Canyon. The bed was comfortable, the space was clean. It has a Kuerig, small refrigerator, utensils, etc. I didn't run into the hosts, but would have been happy to meet them. I could hear the hosts, as the space is connected to their main home. I turned the AC unit on and it created a perfect white noise. This is definitely a safe, comfortable spot for solo female travelers (like me).」

「Such a wonderful stay for a couple days to explore the Zion area. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood with your own parking spot. Gas stations, restaurants, and a grocery store all drivable to in a couple minutes. Good for a solo traveler or a couple but nothing more. 35 - 40 minutes away from Zion but it’s good for the price as Springdale is too much. Very good communication from host and they even told me I left a light on in my car, so thanks for saving my battery! The AC is also perfect...

「Super clean place with some stellar views of the city.」

「This was a lovely bungalow for the few nights we were visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. There is an a joining bungalow and you can hear the other guests talking and using the shower. One issue we had concerned not receiving the code for the front door prior to our arrival. I sent an email to the owner through the VRBO app then went to dinner before getting a response from the owner and receiving the door code, but that was several hours after we were scheduled to enter the premises.」
