「Overall this property was perfect for us.」

「Very nice place, I wouldn’t count on the pull out bed, felt more like a box spring. Other than that the place was perfect! 」

「Enjoyed the hospitality 」

「Everything was clean, staff was great and friendly!」

「Communication could be better with check in and how to access parking garage below osprey lodge. Most restaurants and shops closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, which is when we stayed. Limited shops, restaurants open could have been communicated」

「The place was just as shown on pics. The only biggest issue and complaint we had was confirming our payment through VRBO. It took at least 5 phone calls before we could get this reservation confirmed. The first VRBO person said they would call me right back and never followed through. The 2nd VRBO person did call me back a day later. We were surprised that this was such a big issue that seemed so easy to resolve. The confirmation process stressed us out and we will need to rethink about...

「Second year coming back to this condo. Our stay was excellent. We will be back 」
