「Great apartment close to everything! Bed was comfy and there’s a nice little balcony to enjoy. Upstairs was a little warm - had to turn the AC way down and use fans to make it comfortable to sleep. Train comes through at 4:45am - be prepared for that! Definitely would stay here again.」

「My daughter and I traveled to Fayetteville to visit UOA Thr condo was perfect and so cute ! However , I learned a lesson to read everything before booking . As the owners disclosed the noise issue …I did not see it before I booked on a whim . The train and the noise from the kids partying on Dickson was real ….Thr condo had everything we needed and again, was so cute …but we left early due to noise . 」
