“This was perfect for our trip. It was close to everything and plenty of room for the three of us. Sara and Marvin were great to work with and Sara even left muffins as a welcome which were delicious! I would definitely recommend and should we be back in Johnson City I will be booking here. ”

It was both my husband and my birthdays and they had us a birthday gift with a birthday card! Just unheard of anymore, especially when we have never met until our visit! Like i said, i cant say enough or better still, i could write a letter about how accommodating they were to us and it would take too long, so all i want to finish saying is....we met new……

“We had a great stay at the cottage. Quaint details, like the Craftsman style framing, made the house charming. The neighborhood is great - you can see downtown easily and can walk to the local coffee shop and the famous Tipton’s biscuits! The beds were comfortable, nice crisp sheets, and a full kitchen- you could stay a few nights or a week or a month and have all you need. ”
