I made reservation for 2 nights but a personal emergency happened and I stayed only one night, explained to front desk and they said isn’t their fault, at the end I was charged for both nights and I never get a refund

Sufficient bath linen seemed to be a task. The property appears to be furnished with mix and match dumpster finds. If it wasn’t so close to DC it would be waaaay overpriced.

The property is decent for the price I paid. The only complaint I have is the huge gap under the front door between the floor and the bottom of the door. It let in light, cold air and any noises. I rolled up a towel and shoved it into the gap and that helped.

Promises Should Be Kept
Despite having a good stay, I was promised a refund for days I was not going to be staying. However, they never came through with the money. Are they so greedy that they cannot refund money after promising to refund it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. However, if they do come through with their promise, I will consider giving them a higher rating.

Checking in was difficult as they did t have my reservation number just the email. They said I would have to cancel through Expedia then book it with them directly. (Got it worked out after I contacted Expedia myself. ) The room is in like a basement of a small house in the back of the hotel.... It was really dirty.

They only had smoking rooms available. Neither my wife or I smoke and don't like the smell. Fortunately we only stayed one night. The clerk who checked us in was friendly and tried to find another room, but there were no non-smoking rooms, he said.

We booked a standard room with King size bed. The room is located at the back of the Inn and it is at a basement level, which is hard to find. The moment when we entered the room, it was terrible at the first impression! 1. The carpet was uncleaned and there still was dirt on it. 2. Some unknown hair was found on the blanket. 3. there was a gap between the door the the wall when we closed the door. And we could hear the sounds of wind when standing behind the door. 4. No hair dryer (which is still fair for an Inn). What surprised us is there was no toothbrush and toothpaste prepared for us. 5. they did not even have slippers prepared for us!I don't understand how they think we will take a shower. By wearing our own shoes? Finally, we think the room was not worthy for its price which was over $100 per night. The only thing that made us comfort is that the staff was friendly.

Nice quiet, clean property with comfortable bed.Set back off main street. Easy access from metro by bus or car with plenty of ample parking. Nice selection of restaurants all around the motel. I especially liked the Bolivian one right next door. Very friendly staff. Good value for the price.

Not a place I would recommend.
Room was in severe disrepair. The floor is uneven, so much so that the furniture had 2x4’s under the front to keep them level. The carpet looks like there was years of buildup or just had a lot of stains over the years. The plastic pillows are not comfortable. Plus there is constant noise all night outside and from neighbors below or nextdoor. The most disturbing stay I’ve had in falls church.

I booked a last minute room for my husband who had to take an emergency trip to this town. He only needed to stay a night but the room was so dirty he couldn’t take a shower and he saw a cockroach crawling on the television.
