Close to Convention Center

We had a nice stay here. The space did its job in providing a place to rest after long days of volleyball at the convention center. The parking permit was a great addition and we didn't find it hard to find a space.

Very cute, comfortable apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Very clean, everything you need. Great restaurants, and sites that are walkable, train is walkable. Highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay in DC - convenient to Conference Center

Very nice apartment. Very clean and spacious. Convenient to the Conference Center (10 min walk) with some great and interesting restaurants close up. Would stay again.

comfy, quiet and well-located

We had a wonderful two night stay. What a great location: a quiet safe neighborhood with great restaurants nearby and a half hour walk (or quick, moderately priced Uber) to the National Mall/major museums and Union Station. The apartment was nicely decorated. clean and had everything we needed. We will come back!

A wonderful spot in a great location

The title says it all! The food around the apartment is all great and you’re so close to the metro that venturing out for the sights is super easy. That said, the apartment is so nice that it’s easy to take a day off and just relax inside.

D.C. visit

The apartment was comfortable and clean and the photos represented it well. Great shower pressure and well equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for a walk to the Smithsonian museums (about 30-40 mins) or a quick ride-share drive. VRBO never sent our check in info but the property managers were available by phone quickly to provide the check-in code.

Small but well appointed and located place. Recently redone, everything very nice. Great communication. Very small shower so might be an issue if you are a large person but otherwise great

Great location with short walk to the Metro subway.

Great place for the two of us. Very nice, clean, and quiet. We were able to walk to local restaurants, shop at local market, and walk to the Metro to go and see the sites. These bonuses were important to us, being our sixties. Super convenient. We recommend this one!

Convenient, clean and efficient

This was a convenient and relatively quiet location for meetings in NW downtown. It was wonderful to have access to coffee, tea and kitchen facilities prior to heading out for a full day of meetings. It is also close to neighborhood restaurants for dining at the end of a busy day. Thank you.

Great trip to DC

The unit was exactly as described. Very comfortable. We selected this unit based on its location - and we weren't disappointed! Communication with the management company was excellent -- very responsive and accurate with all the details we needed. Would highly recommend for either a single or couple.

Great location, great space, great communication

This apartment was perfect for a week of working in DC -- lovely space, perfect central location. Communication with the hosts was excellent - helpful, responsive, and not intrusive. The kitchen is well equipped (a kettle!), and having a TV that made signing in to streaming services easy was a bonus. Will likely return.

A Perfect Getaway!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The property was exactly as described! The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet tucked away enough for a peaceful retreat. The corner grocery store, only 1.5 blocks walking distance, made it easy to buy daily supplies 😀. The DCBikeshare - The e-bike share is just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to hop on a bike. The availability of e-bikes enhanced our overall experience, allowing us to enjoy the scenery and fresh air while getting from the local neighborhood to Mt Vernon subway station or points of interest. We loved the cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare breakfast. The living room is a fantastic bonus for relaxing in the evenings. Great Place close to the Convention Center

This is a really great place to stay if you want a quiet place to unwind after a day walking the floor. It’s a very compact place but it is comfortable and equipped. It is literally a few short blocks from the convention center. There are some stores close by that can fill in some immediate needs. Very nice place to stay and a good value.

Walk almost everywhere!

I used this property as a remote work location for two weeks while I explored DC as much as possible. I cannot recommend it enough - super responsive owners, clean, cozy, all the amenities you could hope for and the location is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and book this place right away - you won't regret it!

Give yourself to park when you come in, finding a spot can be tough, but it’s great having a parking pass to use! I didn’t realize how to turn up the temp night 1 (use the remote on both heaters!!!) but they promptly fixed it the next afternoon. Would be happy staying here again!
