Welcome to Adam's House, a completely renovated townhome in the heart of Del Ray, near Old Town Alexandria. Professionally designed for guests, it's just a half-mile walk to The Braddock Metro Station, providing easy access to Amazon HQ2, Potomac Yard, and Arlington National Cemetery. A brisk 10-minute walk takes you to Del Ray, where you'll find an impressive selection of local bars and restaurants. Enjoy easy access to DC via Metro. Park two cars (in tandem) in the private drive. King beds.

The house is located in the charming Del Ray neighborhood in Alexandria. Mount Vernon Ave is only two blocks away from the house and features 25 restaurants and several coffee and specialty shops.

Guests will receive instructions from the host to use the August Smart Lock. Guests can also choose to use a hard key out of the lockbox by the front door.

The Braddock Metro station is only a 15 minute walk from the house.

We took my mom and stepdad to DC for a bucket list check. And booked this house. It was perfect. Our host was great. Responded immediately at anything we sent. The house was beautiful and so clean and just perfect in every way. Thank you again if we are ever in Alexandria we will contact Mark to see if he has this open. Thank you again.

This house was perfect for my family. The location was great. Near everything. Walking distance to the metro railway and bus. Very nice neighborhood. Stress free Vacation. So much to do there. We are already planning our next visit back.

wunderschöne Haushälfte

Also, wir haben uns in der typischen amerikanischen eingerichteten Haushälfte vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, kompl. eingerichtete Küche, sowie das Bad gut bestückt mit allerei Utensilen. Die Nähe zur Metro 10 Minuten Fußweg, ist für den Washingtontrip, super gewesen. Bei Fragen an den Vermieter, wurde uns sofort geholfen und er hat versucht alles möglich zu machen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur sehr empfehlen.

Great place in Alexandria

Stayed here Friday through Monday, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Short walk to the METRO station, the beds are comfy, and the neighborhood was quiet. We walked down to Old Town (about 20-30 minutes), and had some great food down there. Highly recommend Mystic Bar & Grill. Would definitely stay there again if we go back.
