Great location and very well kept property!

The property was very clean and well appointed. The Chevy Chase location was great. Every thing that we needed was within a couple miles and the Metro access was just a short 15 minute walk.

Great location!

I had a great stay at the condo. I had everything I needed and felt safe and comfortable. It was incredibly convenient to walk to Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods and my doctor’s appointment. It’s a really large space and I plan on returning with family. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Bethesda!

Great neighborhood for walking, running, eating out

The apartment was comfortable and roomy with a proper kitchen. It is within walking distance to the Capital Crescent Trail, groceries and metro in Friendship Heights or Bethesda Metro station, and decent places to eat on Wisconsin Ave.

Great neighborhood - inside a little tired. Needs new flooring in places. Furniture is sparse and mix-mash. Bar stools (only 2) are disgusting - need replacement. Need a Keurig. Very spacious and quiet.

Weekend visit to Bethesda

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed at Cam’s condo for a short visit with our family. The rental is clean and well located and Cam’s communication was great. We all noted that the funky unmatching living room furniture vibe was a bit strange, but fine. The unit is quite stark. But again, no reason not to stay there. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Excellent stay

This property is very clean . All the amenities are available. I stayed with my family for 2 days and they really loved the stay. Also it’s in the hot area where Target is very close by to get your basic stuffs . Property manager is very kind . He checks with his clients as and when required. Overall amazing experience.

Pretty good

Location was fine, but right on the border of transitional neighborhood with low income housing around. Unit not the one pictured in these photos, no outdoor patio or deck. Towels and bed linens had holes in them, both irons were too dirty to use. Located on fire truck route so lots of sirens throughout the night. If you're not there a lot it's a fine situation. Manager was lovely to work with, very flexible.

Great place to stay with kids!

Great location--fairly quiet and SO close to the metro, grocery stores, Target, the Zoo, restaurants. Very easy to get to the Mall area--about four metro stops away. We parked our car and didn't have to use it at all during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the apartment clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen furnishings. Cameron was very helpful and accommodating. We were two families traveling together with children and this condo was a perfect place from which to explore DC. We would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here again. Loved the two outdoor patios and the view of the Washington Monument! One word of advice--sheets and pillows are provided for the sofa bed and the two cots; however, if you'd like a warmer blanket, you might want to bring your own. We did not ask Cameron about this--it is possible he could have found a couple extra blankets for us. Perhaps something to settle upon before your stay.

The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for the weekend. Our only complaint was that the sofa was not comfortable, but everything else was great. I only deducted one star for cleanliness of the baseboards in the bathroom.

Weekend Getaway

The home was easy to get too, safe, ealiking distance to shopping/restaurants and very comfortable. The property manager was proactive and responded quickly if we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.
