Very Disappointed – No Hot Water for Two Nights
I stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. For two nights in a row, there was no hot water in my room. After coming back late from an event, tired and wanting to shower, I had no choice but to deal with freezing cold water not once, but twice.
I contacted the front desk, and while they acknowledged the issue and said others had complained too, no solution was provided. I was told my refund had to go through Expedia since I booked through them yet no one at the hotel offered to help resolve or even properly document the situation.
I expected at least basic amenities for the price I paid. A cold shower, especially after a long day, is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they fix these issues and treat guests with more care when problems arise.
