The place was spotless and everything in new or like new condition! Communication was great! We arrived late the first night, well lit path and flowers greeted us to the door. My husband and I had a quick stay to see the popular sights.

Nice place, good access

Unit was clean and comfortable. Located very near to M station and busses. Made it easy to get to all the sights in DC. Also the bag of local coffee was a nice touch. Definitely would stay here again.

A cozy gem in NOMA

The apartment is cozy and comfortable in a good neighborhood. It is about a 35 minute easy walk from the Capitol, and is convenient to restaurants, shops, museums, etc. I hope to stay there again soon!

This was one of the nicest places that I have stayed at. Without a doubt the cleanest place I’ve ever rented. We were within walking distance of all that DC has to offer. Great restaurants, trendy markets, all close by. I would definitely rent this place again. If cleanliness is something you look for, you won’t find anything better.

Easy access NoMa apartment

It was perfect for us. We were visiting our daughter who lives two blocks away. Very convenient to the metro, Trader Joe’s, and Union Market . It was bigger than it looked in the pictures.

DC in the fall

Great communication with the host with questions quickly addressed. Comfortable, quiet neighborhood and a well appointed kitchen! It was nice to have a selection of spices for meal prep! Adding a pitcher to the kitchen would be a great idea! The bedroom was very comfortable with a wonderful mattress and we liked the sound machine as well!

Good location- nice neighborhood

The property is really cute and has all the amenities needed. Can Uber easily and economically to all attractions. Would leave a 5 star in all areas but there was a slight musty smell and may be due to the nature of it being a basement unit. Little trouble getting thermostat to go higher than 68 degrees. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and stay.
