This was a great value and perfect place to stay. Easy access to the metro and lots of great places to eat within walking distance. The hallways and room are a little dated, but updates seem to be in progress. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The unit was clean, bright, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The convenient downstairs store, proximity to public transport, tourist attractions, local restaurants, grocery stores (Costco & Whole Foods) and plenty of shoppping options including Pentagon and National Mall were great. Wehost's communication was excellent, and any issues were resolved promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice building, great location a 15 minute walk to the metro, close to nice restaurants and coffee shops. The unit is overdue for updates but is generally fine. Had a hard time finding outlets that would hold chargers in place.

Great location, large space

The place is conveniently located, very close to Reagan airport. The place is very large and has plenty of room. Everything was pretty clean, they're enough plates and cups for a large family. The only recommendation to the host would be to possibly stock up on coffee and tea.

The property was nice, very active building with a concierge at the front desk. They are not attached with the rental company just for the property. The apartment had almost all the cookware and working appliances for meals, nice touch was the dishwasher and if you needed a washer/dryer it was located in the apartment. Beds were comfortable, a bit stiff which is how I like it but you may be left wanting. The metro entrance is less than a block away(easiest way around town for sightseeing). Be forewarned the rental company does need all identification for adult occupants that are staying with you and you will need to have it submitted before arriving. Cheers!

This apartment was very close to my meeting location, the running path, and a variety of dining options. It was a pleasant surprise that the convenience store in the basement was well-stocked with every imaginable item. The apartment itself was quiet, clean, had great water pressure in the shower, and a marvelous balcony to relax on. They even provided coffee for the coffeemaker. Issues I had were: the keys were not available a 3:57, only after 4:00 on the dot. Also, the number of emails and calls was excessive, giving bits of information here and there. Would rather have one email with all the info and instructions in one place. The 'front desk' referenced several times is actually the Concierge, not the building management company, and for all the personal ID demands I had to go through, my identity was never verified. Despite that, I would stay again at this location.

Check in was great, communication with Margerita was amazing! She checked in to make sure everything was going well. Text communication with quick response was perfect. The apartment was clean and comfortable, affordable for the location and what we needed for my family. Would def recommend!

We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit. The unit was very spacious, approximately 1725 square feet. The location was wonderful. Be advised the HVAC for the unit is controlled building-wide, so you have AC during the summer months and heat during the winter months. If you get a very warm day in late November, as we did, then the unit is going to be warm. There are some fans available in the unit to help in this situation. There were very few flat surfaces in the unit on which to place items such as luggage. A luggage rack or some type of furniture would be a nice addition to the unit. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding provided was nice. The primary bedroom/bathroom has a somewhat strange layout, but there was still ample room, although we longed for a space on which to place our luggage. There were also no drawers in which to place clothing As we were only staying for 4 days, we did not plan to completely unpack our belongings. The kitchen has adequate space; however, we noted there were no measuring spoons, and the knives are very dull. There is also no dish drainer, but we easily remedied that by using the shelves in the dishwasher for drying items. There is an area in the kitchen that needs a small table for additional work space. The living area was spacious; however, it could easily accommodate another chair or two. The balcony was also very spacious. We felt the unit was somewhat overpriced for a condo that needed additional items.

Overall it was Good. The only suggestion is to have more supplies in bathroom. And give the parking and early check in options information/payment etc ahead of time. Maybe a map/guide of area. But overall great place to stay.
