Perfect Location, Great Apartment

Great location close to Howard University with a guaranteed parking spot! The apartment is super clean, you feel safe, and the owners are very responsive. Perfect place for move-in, Homecoming, move-out, or just a DC getaway. Highly recommend!!

Close to everything

My children and I enjoyed our stay on this property. It was so close to a bus stop which we relied on to get everywhere. This property is clean and well kept. Hosts are easy to contact for questions and respond quickly.

Horrible experience

We were told that there is bed and also futon to accommodate us and our 15 year old daughter. The place did not have sufficient bedding. We had one comforter. The springs were poking out from futon. The sofa was wobbly with even our 15-year-old (110 lbs) sitting on it. We Called the property manager and owner multiple times and they did not do anything. We finally moved out within1 day of checking in. I have not even received my refundable deposit back and it has been 6 days since I left the property

Please be more transparent with pet fees

I appreciate the willingness to host pets, but please post pet fees in listing. It was quite a surprise to have our fees tripled after our non-refundable payment was collected.
