This is the perfect spot for a DC trip. A reasonable walk to the metro, great area with restaurants and shops nearby. Host handled everything well.

Great base for a DC stay

A little farther north than I usually stay when visiting DC. Still easy and pleasant walk to Metro, and restaurants, the extra 4-5 blocks eliminate the sirens and traffic noise. Very clean, thoughtfully furnished. My only complaint is returning home with a bad case of appliance envy.

Great stay, great host!

We stayed at this property for an extended period of time, weeks. Honestly, we have not had the best experiences with another online rental app, and we were hesitant. Well, this calmed all of my fears! The location is exceptional, bus lines, bike rentals, and walkability. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen and full laundry. We had a few bumps in the road which were taken care if immediately. The host could not have been more responsive if they tried, bravo! Upon check in the interior is dark. We figured out all the lights, so no problem. I also really liked the fact that there were 2 exterior doors, front and back, allowing a safe fire exit. There is also a table in the front of the home, and we sat and had a glass of wine several times, talking to the neighbor about her beautiful garden. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!

Once again, an outstanding stay! This is our second time staying for an extended visit. Accommodations are clean, and location is convenient. We noticed a few updates from last year which were appreciated, especially the motion light at the door. we loved sitting at the picnic table with a glass of wine at the end of the day, and enjoying the neighbors garden. This will continue to be our go to place for extended stays. Thanks to the hosts.

DC long weekend

visiting for my grandsons first birthday. home was in close proximity to my daughter's home and was super convenient. We had no problems but I am sure that they would have been taken care of quickly as the host checked in with me several times by email.
