Nicely appointed and convenient location

We were very comfortable in this unit during our stay which was a combination of business and pleasure. The amenities - linens, kitchen equipment, soaps, etc. - were nice quality which made the stay all the nicer. There was plenty of room for the two of us to take a few meetings while we were there. And the wifi worked flawlessly for us. Having a metro stop so close made it easy to zip around DC. It was fun to be in a neighborhood with the DC locals yet have easy access to the museums and monuments. Definitely recommend!

Location! Location! Temperature-ation!

Absolutely beautiful neighborhood and perfect location - Capital Bike & scooter rentals, metro, walkable groceries, restaurants! Family above so expect to hear footsteps/kiddos early (we have kids too so are used to it but good to know!). Office open 9-5p w/emergency-only # after 5p. We arrived late & needed a massive temperature adjustment. Host family above must change it as there is no thermostat in unit. Due to the after-5p arrival, it made for a rough night. Easy check in process. Safe area for families and anyone!

Perfect location

We really enjoyed the stay at this location. It was about two blocks or less from the metro station. 1-2 stops from the arena, 2-4 from the Capitol, White House and museums. About 7-8 stops from the Pentagon. The neighborhood constantly had people walking by and felt safe. Close to many restaurants and several grocery stores within walking distance. We were unable to adjust the temp in the house and the property management was very responsive and the owner lives upstairs and he was also. The owners do have a young child as the description states and you can hear the walking/running during the day on the weekends or evenings but we just ignored it. It was nice to have a washer and dryer if needed. I was able to make breakfast several days and all the cookware necessary was available. The pots are nonstick and not the greatest but we made do with what was available. Overall very convenient, cozy and highly recommended!
