不满意：服务设施，员工和服务
My experience did not end well. It has been almost three weeks since I checked out, and I still have not received my $500 security deposit. After several messages requesting an update, the owner called and said he intended to charge us for a gas leak that occurred during our stay, claiming we left the stove on. That is simply NOT possible.
My aunt and husband spent the entire day inside the property and did not smell any gas. We only became aware of the issue after the upstairs tenants came downstairs that evening and asked if we smelled gas. If we had left the stove on, we would have been the first to notice the odor and report it. No reasonable person would remain inside a house filled with gas.
It appears the owner is trying to recover the money he lost after the upstairs tenants left that night and he had to pay for their accommodations elsewhere. This is unfair, especially since we took good care of the property and caused no damage.
We were also understanding throughout our stay, despite the washing machine being broken for over a week and the air conditioning not working properly. We never complained or asked for compensation.
I cannot recommend this property. Based on my experience, the owner acted DISHONESTLY and LACKED INTEGRITY.
