We have stayed in several houses in Hermann and this one is a bit over priced for the shape that it is in. It's ok, just over priced, especially to have window air conditioning units upstairs. We realize it's an older house, but this property could use a bit of fixing up for the asking price.

The house is in a great location.

The house was very nice and was way more roomy than it appears from the outside. It was a great location to catch the trolley and to walk to dinner downtown. We would absolutely stay here again!
