Vacation

We went here for a month to visit some family and have some fun. The house is at a great location with things to do and the town is close to other states to either go shopping or explore. We loved our stay and would love to come back one day!

Quiet home with great character

The home was great, very clean and comfortable, lots of room to stretch out. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood steps away from the State Park with lots of historic buildings. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Cute house!

Very comfortable beds, loved the decor and it was just so cozy. We were in town for a family member’s funeral and it was a comforting place to be with some family during a difficult time.

Charming and Cozy

Washington Grace Cottage has a warm, inviting feel with some neat history on display. Our family stayed for 1 night and enjoyed the quiet setting of Washington. Check-in was easy, list of rules simple to meet. Bedding and linens were cozy. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a nice plate of scones which was a nice touch. Great stay, thank you!

Grace Cottage has a wonderful historic feel that blends well with the ambiance of Washington, AR but has the updates to make it comfortable for current times. The location is perfect for people who want to explore the state park. The cottage was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels!

For the most part the kitchen was fully equipped, a scrubby for pots and pans would have been nice. Previous guests were not real adept at washing dishes. We greatly appreciated the peacefulness, it gave us a much needed chance to recharge and strengthen our connection and relationship. Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful stay at Grace Cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay at Grace Cottage. Sitting on the porch was so peaceful. Loved the historical home and quiet, safe neighborhood in the heart of Old Washington State Park. Home was in excellent condition with everything we needed. Appreciated the scones and coffee. Great communication from the host and easy check-in. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed at Grace Cottage multiple times while attending classes at James Black; this time I took the family with me. We all enjoyed our stay in this charming and comfortable cottage. I will be back.

Great for my family

We love staying here when we are on the way to visit family. 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 comfortably and there are games and movies for the family. My kids love saying hi to the chickens.

Jonquil Festival

Grace Cottage is our go to place. This is our third stay and plan on many more. Josh and his wife are such nice people. Everything is always perfect and the scones are always delicious.

Fabulous Stay

Washington Grace Cottage was the perfect place to stay while visiting the town of Washington and the surrounding area. Lots of room to spread out and make yourself at home. The porch swing and rocking chairs were a wonderful way to spend some downtime, and the scones that were left for our breakfast were delicious and appreciated.
