Room was clean, staff was very friendly and treated us extra special for our anniversary. Location was good, a little further from the downtown but still walkable. The M club was great for breakfast and evening snacks, and the roof top bar was nice. Will stay there again in the future.
Really nice hotel. Staffs are very helpful. Rooms are clean. One comment though - the door handles in the bathrooms is having some hazards when closing, it pinched my daughter's finger ( it should have some room between the closing handle and the wall).
The pillows were awful, otherwise the room was very comfortable.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The staff was mostly efficient and friendly - but forgot to advise that you need to place remove the Do Not Disturb sign from the door by 9:00 am to indicate that you need housekeeping services.
We were on the 4th floor and there was a distinct offensive odor on the floor - perhaps the carpeting - which was consistently there during our two day stay.
The shower head in the lovely walk-in shower fell off midstream; and the water pressure wasn't great.
Nevertheless, the room was spacious and mostly well-lit (although the area by the entranceway and full-length mirror was too dark). The bed was super comfortable with great linens.
