When checking in, we were given a double queen when we booked a King, and the front desk was not apologetic at all, just "sorry, nothing I can do about it". Also, there wasn't a working ice machine to be found. Upon showering, there was also no conditioner, container was empty. Poor experience over all.」

「Room 307 at several problems; one of the problems was the shower area, had a leak in the shower head around the top. The second problem was where you receive your shampoo from. This unit was broken. The third problem was the refrigerator would not and change your mind close properly. This prevented us from keeping food and drinks cold.」

Spent 587$ on a room that shares a singular tv that you can barely adjust, with a horrible microwave, no spoons, no forks, and a mirror for some reason that faces the bed directly so ur face to face...

「We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn, however I found that they are so understaffed. There was only one woman on staff that evening to check in customers also doing laundry and everything else. Sarah was so amazing and kind. We felt so bad for her and yet she kept a smile on her face the whole time. My feedback is you should staff more appropriately in the future before you lose good employees.」

「I have never stayed at Candlewood Suites before. I highly recommend it! Staff was able to get me in for early check in. My suite was large and very comfortable. The room was immaculate. Kudos to Their staff!!」

「They were renovating, so parking was horrible. There must have been a baseball & basketball tournament because lots of kids running up and down the halls late at night, sounded like basketballs dribbling on the floor. Young kids running unsupervised. Even sounded like the renovation crew was on floor above us working past 9:30 p.m. Hard to rest.」
