"Really great staff "

"The room was clean and neat at a reasonable price. I booked here because of the proximity to the convention center without the cookie cutter feel of the hotels immediately around the convention center. The location is in the middle of restaurants, high end retail, and walking distance to Pike Place Market. I cannot comment about the restaurant as I didn’t get a chance to eat there."

"We recently stayed here for a one-night visit, and it was a very positive experience overall. It’s a great choice for travelers who need a reliable and comfortable place for a quick stay. Close to SeaTac airport. ​ ​Since we had a very early departure, we weren't able to sit down for a full meal, but we were pleasantly surprised that a grab-and-go breakfast was provided. It made our morning much easier and was a thoughtful touch for guests on a tight schedule. ​ ​The room was clean and well-maintained for the most part. We did notice that the tub drained a bit slowly during our showers; however, since we were only there for one night, it wasn't a major issue for us. We made sure to let the front desk staff know upon our departure so that maintenance could address it for the next guest, and they were very appreciative of the heads-up. ​ ​Overall, our stay was good for a quick visit. The convenience of the breakfast and the professional response from the staff made it well worth it. We would definitely stay here again for a short trip!"

"The room is was a little dirty with fingernail clippings on the floor and used q tips left behind. Otherwise good. Maybe it was because we were in a pet friendly room but I wouldn’t walk on the carpets barefoot. The hotel itself hasn’t been updated in a while. The pool was out of towels both times we were down there. There is no slide, that was removed seemingly a while ago. The location is great and the service was also excellent. Everyone was very helpful. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the coffee shop in the morning is convenient!"

"Loved our stay. The only downside was my daughter found a sock in our room that didn’t belong to any of us so assuming it was the previous guest. I think she found it under the desk/in the drapes so maybe difficult for housekeepers to see. Another downside was the wait at reception!!! My husband was in line for 25 minutes. Waiting in line (especially with kids who are tired) didn’t feel great. Everything else was amazing!"
