Clean, all rooms are a good size, nicely situated kitchen, beautiful deck for socializing, our guests did not feel like we were on top of each other. Plenty of blankets, towels, kitchen supplies. Everything in good working condition. The home has antique charm with updated benefits. The host Mark was easy to communicate with. We walked to town and loved every part of our weekend! Its a must! “The location as it related to my trip couldn’t have been any better. The apartment was super-clean and spacious. I admire the detail on the stairway leading up to the apartment (it’s the little things👍). I will most definitely stay here again when I’m in town. Aaaaaaand that was one, humongous TV screen! Felt like I was in a movie theater!”

“I will start with the positive; Great Location, safe, clean, ample space, very nice owners. Unfortunately this young couple doesn’t seem to have done this before. Bed size was not listed & it was our own fault for not asking. The double bed was not what we’d expected, the sheets were pilled & bed really not made top sheet & comforter just on top of the bed. We had to ask for pillow cases for two pillows and later discovered there was no extra blanket. The mirror over small dresser was just……

The bed is very comfortable and the appliances and just about everything looks brand new. The grounds, pool area and views are amazing. “Overall do not stay in this house! They are scamming people! They say they are military family yet took advantage of one!! Still owe me my refund and refuse to answer VRBO to give the okay to refund my money! This place was not clean it was very unsanitary and there were drug paraphernalia in the backyard! Towels wet and dirty on the bathroom floor and one of the bedrooms the sheets were dirty in the floor claimed that the house keeper cleaned it! The pool was disgusting!! I have videos pictures……

“This is a charming house that actually is even better than the photos! Spotless and organized. Kitchen is perfectly stocked. Came with a bag of nice Italian coffee, Kurig and teas with refrigerated creamer. Bed was terrific and large. AC and Heat easy to use. Easy to find and surrounded by everything you need, like food, coffee, bagels, restaurants.”

“The Treehouse at Lake Hayward has been an amazing place to stay! I have stayed at this property on more than one occasion and the host has been nothing shy of accommodating and welcoming.
