「The host was nice and made sure I had everything I needed. They even went the extra mile and bought me a gluten free mini birthday cake when they found out it was my birthday. It was quiet and relaxing, just what I needed. I never went into town but it wasn’t far from town. I wanted a break from the business of the city and this did not disappoint. 「Overall good experience. The place is in a quiet area. There is a wedding venue nearby, so when I arrived on Friday I could hear loud music, but it was over before 11:00 pm. The rest of the weekend was very quiet. I loved seeing deer on my porch. One thing I didn't like was pretty dark bathroom, so it was difficult to do make up. Also, lack of any counter space or shelves in the bathroom. As a woman on a long trip I'd like to have at least a small space where I can place my cosmetic bag. 」

「Our small family of 3 stayed here as a landing spot for a few days skiing at Mt. Hood. We really enjoyed the cabin - it is a simple cabin but was clean and tastefully decorated/maintained.
