"Have always had a good to excellent experience while staying here. Staff has always been helpful. Only downsides i have had. Is kids jumping above my room or running in the hall ways. The one time I needed the printer it was out of order. But, the staff helped out with what I needed printed."

"System alarms went off day and night in the hall for 3 days. Cleaning did not catch the coffee pot still full of old coffee, no shampoo, and the walls and ceilings are very thin - heard everything you don't want to hear during the evening and night. Room was otherwise clean, but won't be going back....ever."
