With four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel at home.

🛏️ The Master Suite – A true retreat, this huge bedroom features a king bed, a private gas fireplace, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom. Soak in the oversized freestanding tub, rinse off in the large walk-in shower, and enjoy the double sinks, separate toilet room, and a massive walk-in closet.

🛏️ Two Additional King Bedrooms – Each of these stylish rooms features a king-size bed, cozy decor, and ceiling fans to keep the air fresh and comfortable. They share a spacious bathroom with double sinks and another oversized tub, perfect for a relaxing soak.

🛏️ The Twin Room – A great space for kids or extra guests, this room has two twin beds and plenty of space to settle in.

A car is required to get around, and AWD is handy in the winter. You`ll have a driveway with a few parking spots available to you.

Please also note that although you will see a hot tub on the property in the back yard, it is not currently functioning or available for use.

You may occasionally see people on the grounds providing snow plow or lawn services, taking out the trash, or completing other outdoor maintenance projects.

We are on a well and septic tank, so please don`t flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets.
• Please keep overnight guest numbers the same as your reservation and let us know if plans change.
• Please keep noise low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM outdoors.
• Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
• Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and keep exterior door closed while smoking so smoke doesn’t enter the home.
• We allow no more than 4-5 vehicles at the house at one time. All vehicles must fit in the driveway. In order to be good neighbors, we don`t allow guests or visitors to park on the street.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please treat the home with care and report any damage or maintenance needs.
• Please do not unplug or disable safety equipment, including smoke & carbon monoxide detectors.
