“Yes the rooms where very clean, but the there where spiders and spiders webs in the kitchen and outside on the covered patio. I also noticed a puddle of water on the stove top, leaking from the microwave. Possibility due to the severe thunderstorm and heavy rain fall. But overall the place was amazing.”

“We loved our stay in this beautiful, modern, clean cabin with wonderful outdoor spaces, right on the Big Cypress River. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of sofa space for our group of 7. Location was ideal too--a quick and easy 10 min drive to Caddo Lake State Park, and Marshall was a quick 30 minute trip for groceries and Starbucks. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future!”

“I rented out the house for the Thanksgiving holiday, it was enough room for me and my family. The host of the home was very welcoming and even checked in daily to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything during our stay. The best of the house for me was the fire pit in the backyard. It is great for just sitting out and bonding with family. Overall this was a very nice house, pictures doesn't do it any justice. Also the home is located in a nice neighborhood as well.”

“My Husband and I planned a last minute trip to Jefferson, Tx and were able to book this beauty the night before our arrival! Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Communication was excellent as well. Location was nice and within walking distance to most attractions. We stayed Fri-Sun and while the town seemed fairly busy (limited parking/full tables at most restaurants and shops), we had no issues with noise, or even light. Thanks to black out curtains, we were able to take a nap during the day!We……
