"What an amazing retreat. The family villa was so great for my family of 4, the private pool was a real treat. The restaurant is superb, and the staff are very attentive. Itโs a little further from the town center but the hotel offers a free shuttle out and itโs only a couple of bucks back in a taxi or tuktuk. I loved being in a tranquil haven after a busy day exploring temples."
"Really nice hotel with good value. The place is well located in Siem Reap, If you wanna stay in Siem Reap area, this hotel is one of the best deal there :)"
"We loved that as a family of five they had a room we could all be in together. The hotel felt like an oasis in the city, with a really nice pool and fabulous breakfast (egg station, noodle soup station, bread/toast, four hot options, fruit and salad)
There was always a tuk tuk outside waiting. It was about $1.50 to get to pub street. Easy!
HIGHLY recommend!
The staff was really nice and helpful. And it was clean! "
"We had a fantastic stay at Baby Elephant Boutique Hotel. The environment was serene and peaceful, a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. The staff were absolutely lovelyโhelpful, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed our time by the pool, which was a wonderful way to relax. The location is ideal: close to everything yet tucked away just enough to feel quiet and private. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!"

10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel. Lovely ambience. Friendly staff willing to help with anything. Rooms are spacious, clean and the beds comfortable.
Good choice of menu and delicious food. The pool is clean.
It's all set."
"We had an excellent stay in this wonderful hotel celebrating our anniversary. Our room had its own private pool which was amazing. Staff are so kind and helpful - June at the bar was great!
I would give this a 5 star. A must stay hotel in Siem Reap"
"Had a great stay, very private and personalised service. The restraint had lots of options and while they didn't offer many vegetarian dishes for our son they were able to make a number of dishes vegetarian. The family villa with private plunge pool was spacious and quiet, the main pool was also excellent and we mostly had that to ourselves too. Overnight you could hear nothing except the frogs, insects and lizards. Very relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle."
"This hotel has the best spa in Cambodia. The steam room smells good and the cold/hot tubs are awesome. If you appreciate health and wellness but also want a luxary stay then this is the place. The staff are also top notch and ready to help with whatever from getting you a driver or making sure you get egg Benedict every morning as a special request. Thank you so much for the experience.

"Very good place to stay. The only marks against it was when we got to the hotel they tried putting us in a room without a balcony, even though we had already paid for one, and tried charging us extra (it was worked out after I showed them the receipt). Also, we booked a massage in the spa and the staff were 10 minutes late and we had to remind them we were waiting."
"It was Filthy !! Pillows had black mold , mattress was filthy , limited towels ( half were torn in half baby blankets)
No hot water at all , access road to hotel was mud and NO LIGHTING at night ..
I LEFT HOTEL 5 days Early as I started to get sore red eyes, running nose and a cough.
I will be contacting EXPEDIA how they can have such a HORRIBLE property in their system.. "
"The staff was outstanding. The property was a beautiful oasis in the middle of the usual Siam Reap craziness. The room was huge. Ate at their restaurant a few times. It was good enough. I would definitely stay again"
