「We stayed for 5 nights. The mananger was super-professional in solving problems for guests, staff are mostly warm and helpful. Location is about 10km from town, however not inconvenient at all as hotel arranges free tuktuk for transportation. The drivers were patient enough to wait for you no matter how long you spend in town. Food was great, even better than most restaurant in town or around Angkor Wat area. Clean, quiet place to stay for a vacation. You can see the stars clearly.」

「The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. I had a nice time here and the staff was really nice but I’m also not sure if I got scammed or not. The area of the hotel was not...

「We absolutely loved this place and will go back for sure. The room was clean and beautiful. The onsite restaurant and cafe was great value and delicious, especially the coffee. The pool was clean and lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they were able to arrange tours, pick ups or in room massages. Family Friendly too. 」

「I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap」

「旅館是非常適合度假的環境，房間很大又舒適，尤其喜歡洗浴用品，味道很好聞。旅館中部有泳池使用，工作人員會貼心幫忙提供浴巾，因為趕時間退房還幫忙將泳衣烘乾。旅館有早中晚餐，非自助型，要點單后現做，味道不錯，價格也不貴，只是分量比較小。工作人員態度很好很熱情，有welcome drink和水果點心，有免費的機場接送服務。 唯一不好的是位置非常偏遠，包車司機都要繞好久才找到，旅館用突突車進行機場接送，都要走大概45分鐘才到，周圍沒有地方可以去也沒有餐廳。」
