"This was our "treat yourself" hotel and our expectations were higher in terms of the room itself. The "garden view" rooms are not really views of a garden, but rather a cement wall and rooftops with a couple trees planted. That said, the view of the mountains afar was pretty. The room was also far smaller than I expected for the price. We stayed in a lot of hotels during our trip and every room in 3/4 star hotels was larger and more comfortable. "Staying here was magical. It was beyond what we’ve expect both in hotel and service. Every staff members went past and beyond to provide us with a comfortable stay. The hotel is also located at perfect walking distance from everything. We didn’t have to walk far to experience the magic of Luang Prabang. I highly recommend this hotel and this city. Price was very reasonable. Yard and hotel very picturesque , beautiful woodwork throughout. And very friendly and helpful people. I loved it and would come back . "
