「This stay five was out of this world. This is a historic castle that has amazing public areas and the private rooms are warm and inviting. Staff was helpful and hands off unless you needed assistance, the main dining room had French service and breakfast in the solarium was a great start to our day. They even had had a visit from Santa and an albino wallabe. 」

「We stayed in the cabin in the back which was…. Absolutely adorable and as pictured. I would highly recommend to communicate with the host ahead of time, because while the contact phone number is listed at multiple points on the property, it can be difficult for a traveler without phone service. I was traveling from another country and had data only, I was fortunate to have a local person lend me their phone so I could check in that first evening. That is my only advice for anyone wanting to stay...

「A beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to stay for 2 nights west of Waterford. Phyllis and TJ were wonderful, delightful and knowledgeable hosts who were a delight to be around. Phyllis is very skillful in the kitchen and the traditional Irish breakfast was a culinary delight. TJ’s suggestion for a seafood restaurant took us to Dunmore East for a wonderful evening. 「Excellent value as always with Travelodge. My first time staying at Waterford and I will definitely be back again. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect and the manager Noel is a nice guy and is very helpful with things to do and see in the area. Safe car parking, a good shower and a good night's sleep is all you need.」

「Excellent from start to finish. Welcomed warmly, directed before having to ask, room was luxurious and adapted for my mum without requesting so assume all rooms are adapted. Food was just perfect. I loved everything about it. The grounds are ablaze with colour and manicured beauty.」
