This hotel was the worst hotel the room was filthy all electricity sockets were hanging from the wall phone did work TV didn't work sat on toilet and it pulled away from the wall we were there 15 minutes and left oh and the sheets were dirty on the bed told the receptionist she said she wrote it all down for manager J. And told us to call Expedia for the return of our money so we called and they said the manager told them there was no report of this happening he wasn't going to return our money so you Expedia said we weren't giving us our money back now why would we leave and go find a different hotel that cost twice as much in just a 30 minute span if something wasn't wrong with the first hotel which is American Inn & suites on highland rd in Waterford, MI Valerie Goodwill

This place is not a safe place for travelers. The front desk provided a room key to us for a room that was occupied. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. There are rehabs people living there. The hallway smelled like urine got woke up from people upstairs stomping around charged early arrival fee, which you if I would’ve seen what the hotel was like before I would’ve never even booked it there I will never stay there again that hotel used to be a nice hotel. It is a crap show!!! so outdated. The rooms were dirty. The halls were dirty the floors and going up the stairs were dirt, but it’s just totally disgusting. Nothing good to say about that place.

Weekly rental property instead of overnight stay type reservations. Loud barking Pets allowed. I would never recommend staying here. The name of the hotel isn’t even on the old rundown building. Outside security doors are not in working order. I don’t think it should even be listed on Orbitz. Security deposit required? That’s a joke.
