The property is in a good location to everything in Waterloo. The Condo was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I was very pleased and recommend anyone traveling through Waterloo, IA. to stay here. I’m already planning on staying here the next visit to Waterloo.

Perfect Overnight Stay

The first floor condo and check-in process was perfect for our golf trip. Clean and minutes from box stores, restaurants and hometown grocery store to stock the pantry. Would recommend.

Kids Getaway

My stay was very pleasant. The Condo was very clean and quiet. Everything was there from kitchenwares to linens. The washer and dryer had all the supplies needed to do the laundry. Beds were very comfortable as well. I definitely recommend this Condo for an excellent place to stay when you are traveling or just need a getaway.
