"The property was clean and has been updated, but the walls are thin, I could hear the people in the room next door and showers running when in the hall. The staff are great and very helpful. The drivers for the shuttle are very helpful and went above and beyond to take me to the rental car location."

"I love the location. It's only 2 blocks from the inner harbor. The hotel is very well kept. It has a beautiful lobby. The room was very spacious and clean. And what was very convenient is the fact that there's a Royal Farms and 7 Eleven right around the corner. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I saw a live roach in the room on the bench where you'd normally sit your bags. Thanks goodness it was the morning of checkout because I don't think I could sleep there if I saw it the night before. I'm terrified of bugs. I suppose this could happen anywhere though but thought I'd mention it."

"What you see in the photos don’t necessarily match and that’s ok but there’s general lack of attention to details at this property. The king size bed is not actually king size ( or maybe they just signed my family to the wrong room), they don’t have microwave in the room, and you have to call for electric iron ( they have steam press type). Car packing is not free ( that’s not very clear on Expedia unless you read all the info to the bottom page) The emergency alarm went off multiple times and we had to step out but the staff at reception only said “ it was a mistake, nonchalantly” and offered no apology. The lights in the room malfunctioned- flickering for sometime before stabilizing. There’s general lack of attention to service detail at this hotel - reconsider your choices especially if traveling as a family with kids."

"First thing. The staff here are awesome. Professional, friendly and accommodating. We heard so much about the free breakfast. The first day it was horrible and we wound up going across the street to have breakfast. The ice machine didn’t work. I had to go downstairs to the bar to get ice. The window shade had so many little holes in it and let the sunlight in when not wanted. I wouldn’t NOT stay here again but for a few more dollars I would stay somewhere else. The area is very nice but parking is horrible."
